Friday, February fourteenth, the UN says at least 22 people have been killed in a village in the Northwest region of Cameroon. Over half of those killed were children. No one has claimed responsibility for Friday’s incident but the opposition parties blame the killing on the government.

The “Yang I” was caught fishing in restricted areas near Limbe on June 27, 2016. At least ten people were killed in a suicide bomb attack Wednesday night in a town in the Far North region of Cameroon close to the Nigerian border. “A Boko Haram suicide bomber detonated himself in the night at Djakana close to the Nigerian border, killing ten people,” a secured source speaking on condition of anonymity told AFP .
