Friday, February fourteenth, the UN says at least 22 people have been killed in a village in the Northwest region of Cameroon. Over half of those killed were children. No one has claimed responsibility for Friday’s incident but the opposition parties blame the killing on the government.

gunmen attacked a hotel in Mali's capital Bamako on monday that had been
converted into a base for a European union military training mission in the
west Africa nation
European
military sources said that there were no casualties among the staff of the
base, and that one of the attackers had been killed. Three of the four
attackers had fled the scene, according to Radio France Internationale (RFI).
Mali’s
interior ministry said that two suspects had been arrested.

were next to the Hamdallaye Cemetery when the first shot rang out, then there
was a second and a third. There were a few seconds of pause, then it kicked off
and did not stop. It was every man for himself,” Tamboura said.

Following the lifting of the main constraint for the project, the Indo-chinese group announced the laying of the foundation stone which will take place by June 2016. CAIS will implement its plants in two cities: Douala and Kribi. The project aims, according to its developers, to create more than 4,000 direct jobs.
