Friday, February fourteenth, the UN says at least 22 people have been killed in a village in the Northwest region of Cameroon. Over half of those killed were children. No one has claimed responsibility for Friday’s incident but the opposition parties blame the killing on the government.
Vehicle Crushes Fallen Baby Along Douala-Edea Highway

A
nine-month-old baby was yesterday, January 19, 2016, crushed by a vehicle on
the Douala- Edea highway.
Witness
said the baby fell off the mother's back on a fast-moving motorbike and was
crushed by a car following closely behind.
The
inconsolable mother did not fasten the child well enough, coupled with the high
speed of the motorbike.
